Sophia’s poetry reflects an intimacy and sensitivity to nature and nature’s intelligence that invites our human understanding of the interconnection of all life. There is a deeply interwoven spirituality between our earth mother and humanity, which creates a deep well of wonder and magic as one gains access to Her wisdom. Messages from the Ascended Masters
Readers can find inspiration and support here for these times of change and challenge in our world. The journey can be exciting as we discover the power of our own wisdom and inner truth and begin to live it. Messages are received through Sophia, who channels them while in meditation.
Sophia began spontaneously channeling while studying with the Ascended Masters for three years in a spiritual community, beginning in 2016. She continues to receive messages and will be publishing a book of divine messages from the Masters in the near future.

About the Author
Sophia grew up in a small town in Missouri, next to a hilly oaken woods and wandering stream, perfect for a dreamer. Being close to Mother Earth early in life had a profound impact on her sensitivity to the gifts in nature, felt in images which emerge in her poetry. There were many multi-faceted meanderings in life to discover the calling of her soul. Seeking and recognizing the divine essence in each part of life and in each person is a teaching Sophia gained from the journey, which she now shares with others through her Facebook page, Sophia: Messages of Light, through this website, blog, and books.
Sophia plans to publish a book of poetry in 2023 titled Something Beautiful: Sacred Earth.

Personal readings are channeled from one of the Ascended Masters. The readings are completely confidential and unconditionally loving, based on the life concern you bring to be addressed. The purpose served is always to bring light, clarity and understanding to your personal questions. Readings can address immediate life concerns and may also serve as an invitation to explore the mystery of who you are, and what your soul lessons may be.
Readings are by love donation, as a service to those seeking or following a higher path through life. Follow up sessions are on a sliding scale of $45.00 to $ 95.00 per hour.
