Solstice Message and Meditation

 Beloved Hearts, I am Hildegard of Bingen, coming to you during this sacred season of Light on Mother Earth.  We have felt the opening and welcoming of many hearts on earth at this time.  For some the opening comes from sorrow for the suffering of so many.  And for some of you, the intimate loss of loved ones.  For others, you see yourselves as called by your teachers and guides, and you feel yourself called by the higher light within you.  It is the increased empowerment of the light that is coming into the planet now that you are feeling within your energy field and within your sacred heart.  There is taking place a heightened coalescing of the pyramidal energies of heaven and the pyramidal energies of planet earth.

We understand this increased energy of light can have many effects on you on all levels including mental, emotional and the physical parts of your being, for this vibration is quite powerful, beloved ones.   Balance, as always, needs your attention.  If your hearts are open to receive, you are finding your awareness changing day by day, and indeed, minute by minute when you are attuned to spirit within you, as deeply connected to the spirit of God, to the spirit of the Christ. 

As you attune to the light of the Christ, you may be feeling an awakening, a deeper call to go within.  For, the service that is required of you now in your commitment to holding the light, to walking in the light, to living in the love, you may feel it is being tested.  And beloved ones of the light, I, and Divine Mother, do bring you our blessing now in order to strengthen your spirit, your heart, the courage of your being on all levels.  We encourage you to seek extra nourishment for your body, to give extra care unto the nourishment, balance and strengthening of your physical being. For there is a quickening of the spirit, there is a quickening in the ascension process at this time, as you prepare for the higher levels of enlightenment coming to you at this time of the solstice, and the return of the Light. 

This is a sacred time of the alignment of the planets, a time of the offering of sacred alignment into a higher vibration of your soul, of your light quotient and your ability to serve the light to your highest potential in this lifetime, and the lifestream of your soul.  For you are greatly blessed to be ones who are seeking out the voices of the High Holy Ones to assist you now. 

Meditation

If you will center your entire being now as we share together, we bring you a meditation for the refinement, the purification, the upliftment of your spirit, of your soul.

Close your eyes now, as you take a meditative position.  Be aware of the light, the highest, purest light of your ascension entering through your crown at this time.  This light encompasses your entire energy field and is entering your crown to entirely fill your being, feel the infusing of this light into your being, every cell, every particle all the way through your physical vessel into Mother Earth.  As the transcendent light of Mother Earth joins with your energy, moving up to your heart center now.  The coalescing of the Divine energy of the Christ, of Creator Source, and the Divine energy of Mother Earth are forming a holy star of David within your heart center.    Be aware of any colors of the light that are vibrating within the center of your being, for these are the holy rays of the Ascended Masters that are available to you in helping you cross this new threshold of the solstice.  Receive now, my beloved ones, the star beings who are with us, the star beings are assisting you in receiving into many levels of your multi-dimensional Self at this time, as you are willing to receive, as you are open to receiving.  Yes, my beloved ones, breathing in as you receive, deeply breathing in as you receive, more deeply now, breathing in as you receive. 

Now become aware of breathing out into the blessed sanctuary in which you dwell, three times,

Breathing in and breathing out,

breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Being aware within this temple of your being of this infinite limitless light that is radiating within and without your being, as part of the unified field of consciousness you are entering as you continue your ascension process.  Be grateful!  Be joyful! As you recognize you are a part of the collective Christ consciousness evolving and emerging into the consciousness of humanity, as we speak!  The intelligence of love will be becoming the new mode of operation for humanity, in place of the ancient duality of ego mind. 

Attuned with Divine Mind, your heart center becomes the focus of your conscious choices from this day forward, all coalescing on the solstice and broadening its spiraling energy on the planet from that day forward.  Never doubt the power of your part in the upliftment of humanity, as your unique part, however large or small, is most essential to bringing forth the new wholeness of creation when the scales will eventually be balanced for each soul.  This is what the bible called the end times, which actually is the unfolding of the New Earth, the fulfillment of Divine Love on earth as it is in heaven.

So beloveds, we now close this attunement and meditation with you, knowing that the light of understanding will guide you into your perfect place in consciousness, the guidance you need on the path ahead will emerge from this magnificent light that you are, as you deeply trust in it.  Your soul family, your angels, teachers and guides are resoundingly present for you as you step into this higher light consciousness, which will be in the divine timing of your beautiful soul.  You are the One and you are the Many, the Divine plan emanating from the Heart and Mind of God on Mother Earth.

And so it is!
