Skylark

skylark lifting into open sky

  effortlessly

   beyond

    imagination

       is possible

a deepening breath

expands the heart

beyond the only breath of a cloud

I see

  in the universe

     of love

       surrounding me

boundaries diminishing

I am completely safe

held in the arms of the angels

joy brings me back

to sweet green earth

bare feet on moist

fragrant grass

the light of heaven

touches the light of Mother Earth

a joyful reunion
